Centralized CCTV Camera
VALLEY CREST SECURITY LTD owns a centralized CCTV Camera at its office which is able to link with the CCTV Camera systems from the client and helped the company to monitor their security guards when exercised their duties direct from the sites.
We also make installation of CCTV Cameras to clients and fixes their alarm systems to enable the sites to be safe. Moreover the Company has Radio Call Communications with a strong radio call server own by the Company.
Control Centre Monitoring
Our control centre provides real time monitoring of our security officers, complete with provision of an audit trail for our clients via a Guard monitoring system. Communication between our clients, management, Security Officers and Tactical Response Officers are of utmost importance, not only in case of emergency but at all times, to ensure good service delivery, quick and effective response in case of an emergency.
Security officers also reports regularly via radios and mobile systems to the control room that ensures constant communication between all the different units.
Advanced Vehicle Tracking
Advanced vehicle tracking ensures monitoring of our Tactical Response Teams, quality, patrolling and the response time. Again, a full audit trail is provided. Routine remote CCTV surveillance and response to motion activation cameras are also carried out from the centre, triggering dispatch of a Tactical Response team or visual verification, enabling us to
ensure the appropriate alert to the police or other emergency services.
Tactical Support Unit
Valley Crest Security Ltd, in affiliation with TSU Protection Services,
has years of experience in security co-ordination with tactical support teams throughout Nigeria. Gone are the days where normal security guards, one armed reaction officer per vehicle not trained in armed reaction, respond to an alarm, panic alarm, phone call or assist in case of an emergency.

Professionally Trained Agents
The tactical support unit members for Valley Crest Security Ltd are carefully recruited, selected and trained in a variety of safety and security techniques, including counter surveillance, and are in constant contact with our 24- hour communication center for security alerts and deployment of additional support.
We employ highly trained specialists and will provide the “on ground” manpower to protect your assets and people. Training for our tactical support unit members includes instruction in tactical training, fire prevention, first aid and physical fitness.
Pipeline Surveillance
Valley Crest Security Ltd are also into Pipeline surveillance contracts are awarded to private firms by government agencies and oil companies. Surveillance contractors are ostensibly tasked with monitoring sections of oil pipeline, identifying any breaks and protecting them from vandalism. However, the concept of pipeline surveillance contracts in the Niger Delta is a misnomer. They rarely involve any actual surveillance, but are used as a disguised payment for peace‘ to agitator groups and as patronage for political allies.
Factors such as a lack of local participation in the oil and gas industry necessitate the existence of this system of pipeline surveillance, to avoid pipeline vandalism and other criminal activities that may disrupt oil and gas production.
