Our training curriculum is made up of lectures on principles and practice of consultants with special emphasis on contemporary industrial challenges in Nigeria. Vigorous drills and parades all of which are aimed at equipping our partners both mentally and physically are an integral part of the curriculum.
Averagely, our training goes for about one to two month. We equally organize on-the-job managing for our staff many of who have background of service in Nigerian parastatals. We appreciate the fact we are highly dynamic and of high tech. sophistication. We therefore do not rest on our oars by organizing regular retraining programs to keep all partners and staff abreast of every developments and solutions thereto.
